Business Development Executive – Franchise

We provide integrative treatments for chronic conditions, pain management, and preventive care. To scale our reach, we are building a robust network of franchise partners across India and abroad. Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive – Franchise, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, pitching to, and onboarding potential franchise partners. You will support the expansion of Dr. Joshi’s HHRC by promoting the franchise model, building relationships, and ensuring successful franchise rollouts. This position falls within a monthly salary bracket of ₹25 000. Responsibilities: Identify and connect with potential franchise partners via cold outreach, events, and lead generation Present the HHRC franchise model, investment proposition, and support system to interested prospects Coordinate discovery meetings, clinic walkthroughs, and due diligence with potential partners Assist in negotiating commercial terms and coordinating franchise agreement formalities Support new franchisees during onboarding, training, and clinic setup phases Liaise with internal teams for branding, marketing, and operations support Track leads, maintain CRM databases, and report progress weekly Travel as required to support local franchise expansion efforts Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare Administration 0–2 years of experience in franchise sales, healthcare business development, or retail expansion Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confidence in presenting business opportunities and ROI models to prospective investors Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with travel and fieldwork Preferred Skills: Background in healthcare, wellness, fitness, or clinic services Experience in franchise networks or institutional partnerships Knowledge of local licensing and compliance in healthcare (preferred) What We Offer: Competitive base salary attractive performance incentives Exposure to a high-growth sector in healthcare and wellness Travel and communication allowances Growth path into senior franchise management roles
