Field sales and team handling experience is a must. Fintech Industry/Telecom Job Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies for acquiring merchants and retailers across various segments. Responsible for sourcing, generating, and closing new acquisition and activation leads. Lead and manage a large team of direct sales professionals (minimum 100 team members). Coach and mentor the team in merchant acquisition and relationship management. Plan and implement promotional strategies to increase market penetration and brand visibility. Travel across designated cities to develop and expand the market. Drive team performance to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Key Competencies: Proven experience in relevant sales domains with a strong track record. Deep understanding of sales principles and the ability to coach team members effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Excellent multitasking, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
