Job Description
A precision engineering company with global reach is seeking a Head – Sales Operations & Customer Experience to lead its sales execution, customer relationship management, and commercial growth initiatives across international and domestic markets. NOTE: Only candidates from relevant industries will be considered. These include: Non-ferrous metal casting / foundry Precision component manufacturing Industrial machinery manufacturing Primary metal or alloy-based production OEM component suppliers with global clientele What You'll Do: Drive sales operations across India and global markets (including North America and Europe) Lead a multi-layered team covering sales, application engineering, sales admin, and international service Manage onboarding of new components and customers while maintaining strong existing client relationships Lead structured customer reviews, forecasting, and annual planning exercises Navigate technical, quality, and commercial issues with internal stakeholders and customers Manage sales admin, order fulfillment, inventory planning, and customer service functions end-to-end Travel internationally (2–4 trips/year) and domestically as needed What You Bring: 15 years in industrial/engineering sales and customer service Experience managing high-volume execution and international customer relationships Strong commercial negotiation skills, including price modeling and multi-year deal structuring Ability to read technical drawings and understand engineering processes Proven team leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills ERP/CRM systems familiarity preferred Fluent in English; Indian languages a plus; German/Spanish desirable Valid visa to USA/UK/EU (minimum validity until 2027)
