Logistics Executive

Role: The candidate will oversee end-to-end logistics operations for the company, primarily handling import/export, inventory control, vendor coordination, and internal demand planning. Responsibilities: Manage and liaise with appointed warehouse provider and clearing agents Oversee company inventory in India, including customer sites Administer the warehouse and inventory management system Control and enhance inventory management Perform administrative duties, ensure proper housekeeping, and conduct regular stock checks Maintain records of shipment activities, inventory movements and documenting procedures Handle import/export logistics operations, including documentation Adhere to warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements Place orders for replenishment for warranty claims and defective re-exports as needed Liaise with warehouse staff and internal teams to verify product quality Produce regular reports and statistics for inbound/outbound status, dead stock and etc Coordinate with service providers for weekly and annual inventory counts Organize and maintain warehouse and inventory yard areas for efficient storage and handling Set up layouts and ensure efficient space utilization Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Control, or related discipline Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience Good understanding of Indian customs and tax regulations Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel Excellent time management and organizational skills Proven experience as a Stock/Inventory Controller or similar role, with knowledge of inventory control practices and computer operations Strong understanding of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Hands-on experience with warehouse management software Familiarity with warehouse management procedures, best practices, and supply chain procedures Thorough knowledge of import/export norms, Incoterms, and relevant regulations Experience with inventory audits and responding to emergency situations Ability to perform mathematical conversions and maintain effective working relationships with internal/external customers Ability to work in a diverse and multicultural environment Work Location: India, Bangalore
