Job Description

This is a Jr. Role , we are looking for 2 - 5 Years of experience The Hospitality Officer will be responsible for managing , visitors, internal events, and employee hospitality services. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming and professional environment for employees, clients, and guests within a fast-paced IT workplace. Key Responsibilities: Front Office Management: Greet and assist clients, visitors, and Sr. Leaders in a courteous and professional manner. Visitor & Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meeting room bookings, prepare meeting spaces, and assist with AV/refreshments. Maintain a visitor log and ensure compliance with security protocols. Hospitality Services: Oversee pantry services, snacks, beverages, and office hospitality supplies. Coordinate with facility vendors for catering, housekeeping, and maintenance support. Internal Events & Engagement: Support the HR/Admin team in organizing employee events, celebrations, and conferences. Assist in creating a pleasant and inclusive environment for staff and guests. Travel & Accommodation Support: Arrange travel, lodging, and local transportation for visiting employees or clients. Vendor & Inventory Management: Manage hospitality-related inventory and coordinate with vendors for timely replenishment. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in hospitality or administrative support, preferably in a corporate or IT setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
