Telesales Representative for US inbound shift for website, digital marketing and software development

About the Role ESPA Learn Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and motivated Telesales Representative to join our team in Jammu . In this full-time, on-site role, you will play a key part in promoting our website development, digital marketing, and software solutions to potential clients, especially company representatives from the US . You will handle inbound leads , respond to inquiries, explain services clearly, and work towards closing sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships and thorough documentation of all interactions. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound telesales calls in a professional manner Communicate with potential US-based clients regarding their requirements Promote and explain ESPA Learn’s website, digital marketing, and software services Identify customer needs and match them with the right service offerings Follow up on leads, close sales, and achieve monthly targets Maintain accurate records of all conversations and leads in CRM Collaborate with the technical and sales team for smooth client onboarding Qualifications Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer support Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Experience or knowledge of tech services like websites and software is a plus Training or mentoring experience is an added advantage Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
