Company Description We are in the Wholesale Distribution business of Fast moving electronics goods. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Helper located in Gondia. The Store Helper will be responsible for assisting with customer service, organizing products, maintaining store cleanliness, stocking shelves, and supporting daily retail operations. The role also includes tasks such as taking inventory, handling deliveries, and providing assistance to customers with their purchases. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Retail Sales and Training Strong Organization Skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a retail environment is beneficial Salary Base Salary : 7k per month Performance bonus : Upto 2k Festive Bonus : Upto 2k in the month of Diwali
