Position : Manager – Costing Location : Hosur Industry : Manufacturing (Preferably FMCG) Reporting to : MD Experience Required : 5-10Years Notice Period : Should be able to join within 2 months Key Qualifications Must be ICWA / CMA qualified (Candidates pursuing or CMA Inter not eligible) Strong knowledge of product costing in a manufacturing environment Experience in FMCG industry preferred Technical Skills Hands-on experience in SAP (Costing module, FICO, SD modules) Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools Good understanding of cost control and variance analysis Familiarity with budgeting and inventory valuation processes Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor costing operations for all manufacturing activities Ensure accurate and timely preparation of cost sheets and reports Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions Coordinate with production, finance, and procurement teams for data accuracy Support budgeting, planning, and product pricing decisions Maintain costing data in SAP and ensure data integrity Provide insights to improve cost efficiency and profitability
