General Manager – Distribution | Lead & Transform Operations We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic General Manager to lead operations at our 150,000 sq. ft. distribution facility . This role will oversee both warehouse management and transportation , driving efficiency, safety, and performance across the board. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone ready to make a difference, bring fresh ideas, and apply their operational expertise to enhance our distribution network. What You’ll Do: Lead day-to-day operations across warehousing and fleet/transportation in a two-shift environment Manage and develop a team of 8 direct reports , including managers and supervisors Drive operational excellence, safety standards, and service quality Oversee inventory control, shipping and receiving, fleet logistics, and route planning Ensure performance goals and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Sales to align operations with broader goals Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs Foster a positive, engaged team culture focused on growth, accountability, and training What We’re Looking For: 7 years of progressive leadership experience in distribution, warehousing, or logistics Track record of managing large-scale operations and leading diverse teams Expertise in warehouse systems, supply chain best practices, and fleet management Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred) Ready to lead a growing distribution operation and make a real impact?
