Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Radiology Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 07/14/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Urgent Care facility in Raritan, NJ. Facility Address: 45 Rt 206 South, Suite F Raritan, NJ 08869 Assignment Details: Duration: 13 weeks – will then discuss converting over to staff Assignment Hours: Sunday 8–6, Monday & Tuesday 8–8, Wednesday 8–1 Schedule (subject to change based on client needs): Position Summary: Radiology Techs will assist with the front desk if they are not busy, there is low volume at the Raritan location and this has been an effective balance for us. Qualifications: Required: Minimum 2 years of radiography experience BLS Certificate and/or advanced technical training in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT-accredited) ARRT registry in Radiography NJDEP X-Ray License Strong knowledge of diagnostic radiologic procedures and patient care practices Preferred: Associate's Degree in Radiologic Sciences Key Responsibilities: Ensure accurate patient positioning, appropriate machine settings, radiation exposure techniques, image acquisition, and post-processing Record patient history and relevant clinical information Review imaging orders, explain procedures, and provide excellent patient service Assist physicians during fluoroscopic and/or invasive radiological procedures Maintain department cleanliness and supply inventory About Planet Healthcare Delivering Vital Healthcare Talent.
