Warehouse Associate II

Pilatus is hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Broomfield, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of warehouse duties including receiving and inspecting incoming merchandise and materials, inventory maintenance, packing, crating, and shipping materials. What you do Verifies materials received against vendor packing list and purchase orderVisually inspects all material for general conditionDetermines serviceability for all aircraft materials based on FAA and FOCA requirementsPrepares incoming materials for stocking by labeling and repackaging (if necessary)Processes Return Material Authorization (RMA) returns from customers, dispositions parts based on RMA, and returns parts to inventoryStocks shelves and maintains parts locations in ERP systemPulls inventory items from stock as required for outside sales and internal work ordersVerifies accuracy of shipments against picking sheet, packing list, or shipping documentContacts courier to make arrangements for after-hours Aircraft on Ground (AOG) parts supportPrepares all necessary shipping documents (. commercial invoice, SED, airway bills, Packs outbound shipments to ensure safe arrivalCommunicates freight expenses and tracking information to other departments and customersMaintains and files historical shipping recordsOrders and maintains warehouse consumables as neededOther Duties/ResponsibilitiesProvides daily reports as required by managementAssists with inventory cycle countsMaintains a clean and safe work areaOperates forklift and pallet jack to assist in loading or moving materials and productsParticipates in AOG on call rotation and available to work overtime as requiredResponds to special projects, additional duties, and other responsibilities as assigned by management What you bring 2 years of experience in material handling and high school degree or equivalentIATA and/or DOT hazmat transportation certification or training preferredKnowledge of FAA and US export documentation requirements a plusValid driver's license requiredForklift certification a plusAbility to lift and lower packages of 50 lbs. in weightMust have good communication and math skills; must be detail oriented and organizedStrong computer skills including MS Office softwareMust meet the criteria of a . person as defined under ITAR 22 CFR 120.62 What we offer 11 paid holidays a year, plus 15 days of paid vacation time, and 6 days of paid sick/personal time to start with an increase to 20 days of paid vacation time after 5 years with Pilatus90% of medical, dental, and vision premiums paid for single coverage and 80% for family coverage, averaging $9, 600 annuallyMonthly health savings account (HSA) contributions totaling $2, 250 for single coverage and $3, 000 for family coverage annually401(k) retirement plan matching up to 6%Life and long-term disability insurance premiums paid in fullTuition assistance available annually after the first year
