This is a commission-based role with strong support—leads are provided, and you’ll have access to consistent coaching, mentoring, and training to help you scale quickly. Who you work with matters. Compensation: $80,000 - $170,000 at plan Responsibilities: Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data Determine current market value of properties to ensure best possible purchase price for customers Research real estate market area and provide information to clients so they can make an informed decision Commercial sales Commercial lead generation Commercial lead follow-up CRM and Database management Sales talk mastery Set appointments Execute appointments Qualifications: Independent and self motivated Some sense of marketing and advertising practices Excellent communication and negotiating skills Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language A real estate license is required Sales experience About Company As the largest real estate franchise in the world, our exponential growth is a result of our commitment to delivering value to our associates.
