We’re looking for a high-energy, purpose-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment—and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, hit the mic, and inspire a room.What You’ll Do: Coach & Inspire: Lead 1–2 high-energy fitness classes per day (kickboxing, strength, HIIT-style) Build community and connection through motivation, energy, and expert instruction Model the MAX mission: fitness, nutrition, and unmatched support Drive Growth & Sales: Own the sales process from lead to conversion—calls, texts, tours, closes Drive revenue through new enrollments, memberships, and upsells Exceed monthly sales goals and earn commissions & bonuses for doing it!
