Job Title: Maxol/Spar supervisor Location: 124 Monkstown rd Newtownabbey BT37OLE Salary: £13.70 per hour Duties & Responsibilities: Experience in a supervisory role within a retail environment is required Key Holder experience required Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems Desired Experience & Skills: Retail experience preferably in a convenient store
