Sous Chef – 3AA rosette - Kingham We are currently looking for an experienced Sous Chef to support the head chef and team in this stunning rosetted dining pub located in a beautiful Cotswolds village. Our client is an up-and-coming pub group with various dining pubs As Sous Chef you will you must be confident running all sections of a fast-paced, high-end pub. You will be cooking with the very best, largely organic produce, with a focus on simplicity, sustainability, and seasonality — all to a very high standard. A significant amount of our ingredients come from their own neighbouring organic farm. They serve locally sourced, seasonal food in a relaxed and welcoming setting. The Person The Successful Sous Chef will have: Have experience as a Sous chef at rosette level High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.
