The Person The ideal F&B Supervisor will have the following: Solid experience within an F&B environment Confidence in managing a team Excellent customer service Ability to help and move across departments; room service, events, restaurant, bar, afternoon tea etc. A true passion for food and have the enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
