Antrim Salary up to £34,000 benefits bonus, BUPA medical, hybrid working plus others This is your opportunity to join a global manufacturing business who are seeking for a Buyer to join their highly successful team on a permanent full-time basis About you 2 years buying experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment Experience of using MRP/ERP Duties Work with the supply chain manager regarding maintaining proper inventory levels of materials Organise purchasing requisitions Negotiate prices Liaise with suppliers on a daily basis Manage material costing and all associated material aspects on nominated customer programs. Work closely with the materials control department in assuring the timely supply of materials into the company. Represent the company at supplier meeting both internal and external as appropriate. Participate in the day-to-day activities of the team and work effectively as a team member to ensure continuous improvement.
