The Role We're hiring a Quantity Surveyor to manage cost planning, valuation, and contract administration on high-spec fit-out projects. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on precision and wants to make a direct impact on project performance. Responsibilities Prepare project cost estimates, BOQs, and tender packages Manage pre- and post-contract commercial activities Track and report costs, assess variations, and forecast cash flow Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients across UK/Ireland Conduct valuations and ensure accurate financial reporting Promote cost-effective working methods and quality improvement What Were Looking For Degree in Quantity Surveying 5 years of experience in commercial fit-out Strong knowledge of UK & Irish construction markets Proficient in MS Excel, Word & measurement software Excellent communication and negotiation skills MRICS accreditation (desirable but not essential) Full, clean drivers licence; eligible to work in Ireland Benefits Competitive salary package (£55,250£68,000) Company pension scheme Bike-to-work scheme Employee assistance programme Free on-site parking Career progression in a growing business Skills: Surveying Fitout Construction
