Promoting food and beverage facilities. Providing information to guests on all hotel products and services. Be involved with taking payments, cash handling & balancing floats. Answering telephones and handling guests' and visitors' queries The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
