Experienced chef sought to work at Sous Chef level in this ongoing temporary assignment while we recruit for a full-time permanent chef. Working at AA 3-4 star standard previously you will have experience of working all departments of the kitchen catering for a 100 cover restaurant offering TDH and A La Carte menus as well as wedding function and events facilities. Good timekeeping, communication, management and team work ethic required!
