Warehouse Administrator

Requirements: Matric qualification, preferably Warehousing experience Valid Drivers License Forklift Operation Certification will be considered an advantage Previous working experience as a Warehouse Worker for 1 Year Hands-on experience with inventory and logistics Great physical stamina and manual dexterity Team player Good organizational and time-management skills Responsibilities: Operate a forklift and other operational management tools. Welcome delivery trucks and complete the checklist on the vehicle. Loading and off-loading of Bulk and breakbulk products. Load and offload delivery trucks using appropriate tools and following Job Instructions. Tag and label Products according to Pack Size, Batch Numbers, and order number. Decanting of Bulk products. Box, wrap, and pack the Products in accordance with relevant procedures and standards. Prepare all orders for Dispatch. Record and manage all impaired or damaged Product items (Non-conforming Products). Enter data in the inventory control books. Complete and file all checklists. Undertake any other related tasks not listed above for which the necessary training has been provided to the job incumbent. Ensure that the housekeeping is at 100% at all times.
