For our new store at CC Walther Park, we are seeking a Assistant Store Manager who, in close collaboration with the Store Manager, will be responsible for: Coordinating staff management, supervising scheduling and training, monitoring performance, and promoting team growth. Organizing and planning all store activities based on priorities, seasonal factors, and staff availability. Achieving sales targets and, together with the Store Manager, developing marketing strategies by analyzing sales data/KPIs and trends, forecasting revenue, and managing stock. Ensuring customers have the best possible in-store experience, adhering to company values and service guidelines. Maintaining an attractive store environment, with effective product displays and window setups aligned with corporate directives to maximize sales and growth. Being dynamic, proactive, highly organized, and capable of multitasking, with ambition and a positive attitude towards challenges. Having experience in team management, development, and leadership. Possessing analytical and decision-making skills based on sales data and KPIs, with proficient Excel skills. Proven ability to deliver excellent customer experiences in all situations. Ability to identify current trends, report results, draw relevant conclusions, and recommend actions to the Store Manager. Experience in organizing and executing events to attract visitors and generate interest and traffic. Good knowledge of English at B2 level. Previous experience with a premium brand is a plus.
