Client Advisor - Forte Dei Marmi - Sea Resort

We are seeking a seasonal Client Advisor to join our team in Forte Dei Marmi for the Sea Resort. The Client Advisor represents the Company with clients in our Boutique. He / She is a professional in the sales of luxury goods and is responsible for the satisfaction and loyalty of every customer. He / She cooperates to reach the qualitative and quantitative goals set in their Store. Job responsibilities The role is polyvalent, constantly operating to serve the store, with the aim of achieving the highest customer satisfaction. The Client Advisor aligns with the style and Brand qualitative standards throughout the sales process and after-sales service. Collaborates with colleagues to create a positive environment and pays attention to performance levels. Receives and displays products according to procedures. Maintains a tidy workspace following Company guidelines. Follows the sales process according to Company standards. Provides and maintains a high level of customer service Manages commercial relations with clients to ensure the highest satisfaction. Client management & CRM Ensures efficient and caring after-sales service to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty, promoting the Brand image. Manages claims with supervisor support Turns every customer interaction into a positive experience, always promoting the Brand image. Communicates client information to Management. Follows up on clients’ requests. Product & Visual Participates in product presentations. Knows all products in their category and stays updated on all store product categories. Ensures proper care of the store environment. Profile Experience as a Client Advisor in a luxury boutique. Alignment with Loro Piana brand and products. Strong luxury touch and approach.
