In partnership with Rocca Centro S.R.L., we are looking for a Client Advisor (M/W) Role Overview: A TAG Heuer Client Advisor is: A performance-driven salesperson who consistently seeks to achieve sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration. A client development specialist who leverages all available resources to build long-lasting personal connections with clients. An active contributor to operational excellence, respecting retail and administrative processes on the floor. Hard Skills: Knowledge of luxury retail environment Understanding of sales processes and KPIs Knowledge of clienteling and customer relationship management Familiarity with digital tools and interest in Brand DNA Soft Skills: Client-centric mindset Open-mindedness, excellent interpersonal and communication skills Energetic, self-motivated, action- and results-oriented Self-starter, capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Adaptable, flexible, and innovative in proposing solutions Team player with high integrity and transparency J-18808-Ljbffr
