Your role : The Warehouse Solutions Sales Manager will be part of the Southern Europe Sales Team, supporting the business in Italy. This role is crucial for growing existing accounts and generating new business, contributing significantly to our sales success. As a Sales Manager, your focus will be to build and develop strong relationships with customers to ensure solutions and proposals meet their needs, providing the best value-added solutions and services. The Sales Manager is responsible for supporting existing and new customers by managing internal teams focused on Design Options, Solution Development, Proposal Generation, and Pricing. You will also lead business development efforts to acquire new customers and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities include: Developing and growing relationships with key customers in Italy. Leading multidisciplinary teams on projects or services, ensuring clear scope, accurate pricing, and meeting program timelines and customer expectations. Participating in contractual negotiations with customers. Delivering presentations to customers, including pricing and system operation to meet their business requirements. Implementing Business Development strategies. Fostering strong, collaborative relationships across departments in Southern Europe and globally. Keeping CRM systems up to date. Inspiring and guiding the team to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Managing the bid process and internal procedures. Experience : Professional level of English and Italian, strong experience in the Warehouse Industry, Technical Studies are a plus.
