In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional service experiences that exceed customer needs and expectations. Key Responsibilities Assist customers in exceeding their needs by demonstrating excellent knowledge of products and Etro's history and heritage. Aid customers with Etro's selling ceremony and discuss general trends in fashion and the luxury market. Ensure achievement of store goals by enhancing and developing the business. Build relationships with customers through CRM strategies and establish good group dynamics through efficient communication. Contribute to managing visual displays of products according to Etro visual guidelines and help ensure product replenishment and physical inventory of merchandise. Requirements Passion for fashion and luxury. Experience in similar roles within fashion retail companies. Ability to drive results and exceed individual and store targets with commercial awareness and a positive customer attitude. Adaptability to different customers and a team-playing attitude.
