We are currently seeking a Global Store Operations Specialist to join our Symphony project team. You will be responsible for implementing the Omnichannel Transformation program, designing and deploying a state-of-the-art platform to manage business operations across Amplifon Store and Contact Center, serving as the key contact between Corporate and the countries. Your responsibilities include: Leading the design phase of the Omnichannel platform by collaborating with Retail, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure solutions meet global and local needs, from sales to stock management and store operations. Working with the IT solution design team to define the best UX/CX solutions. Overseeing the build phase, coordinating with IT and conducting user acceptance testing. Facilitating data migration to the Salesforce platform with minimal disruption. Providing training and support to local trainers and audiologists to optimize platform usage. Monitoring post-implementation performance, resolving issues or bugs. Supporting continuous improvement projects like automatic replenishment, returns management, and custom product ordering tools. Driving process improvements to optimize store operations and overall performance. Ideal candidates will have: A Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or similar. 2-3 years of experience in store operations, project management, or related roles. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills. Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork.
