Role Overview The Manufacturing Controller reports directly to the Finance Director with strong accountability for driving results to the site manufacturing lead. The role involves contributing to the preparation of manufacturing financial budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans, providing ad hoc reports, and supporting operational decision-making. The MC collaborates across departments to formulate corrective actions and proposals for improvement. Responsibilities Support for the definition, collection, and management of Manufacturing KPIs and data for the Manufacturing Pack; Analysis of variances and preparation of monthly reports; Support in the preparation of budgets and monthly forecasts; Inventory analysis and cycle count policies for month-end reporting; Monitoring and analysis of product costs, including variance analysis and actual vs. estimate comparisons. Qualifications Minimum of 3-6 years post-qualification experience (PQE); Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Good knowledge of SAP; Excellent communication skills at all levels.
