Risorse Professional , a company specialized in the search and selection of middle and top management profiles, is seeking a UTP Management Analyst for a prestigious financial company specializing in distressed credit management in Milan. The selected candidate will be part of the UTP Management team and will be responsible for: Analyzing, managing, and evaluating UTP positions in the portfolio; Conducting business planning and financial modeling related to restructuring operations; Reporting, cash flow waterfall analysis, budgeting, and forecasting; Participating in negotiations with investors and other involved parties. Qualifications include: A degree in Economics and Finance; At least 3 years of experience in restructuring and deal advisory roles, gained in Big4 teams, corporate finance boutiques, servicers, SGRs, or banks; Excellent analytical skills; Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
