Your Responsibilities: Maintain strong internal relationships with Sales & Product teams to support marketing plans. Provide 1st and 2nd Level Support for SHOP POS infrastructure, applications, and software. Implement and replace SHOP Hardware. Prepare, test, pack, and send POS hardware to/from stores. Provide remote and on-site support in stores. Support projects such as ePOS, CRM, Mercury, etc. Train shop staff on relevant systems and hardware. Your Ideal Profile: Open to testing and using new technologies and products. Interested in understanding system relationships and incident root causes. Fluent in English and Italian, capable of presentations, memos, and documents. Analytical and reliable. Willing to troubleshoot on-site in stores.
