HR Manager

On behalf of an important Luxury Multi-brand we are now looking for an : HR Manager The Human Resources Manager, reporting to the CEO, will be in charge of : Design and implement HR processes; Manage the recruiting activity for Corporate and Retail roles; Manage the day-to-day HR topics related to Corporate and Retail employees; Support the delivery of HR procedures and execute the processes within the employee lifecycle : onboarding and off-boarding; Participate in Compensation & Benefit processes by partnering with payroll suppliers; Manage ad-hoc requests and be the point of reference for the business side. Requirements 5 / 7 years of experience in an HR Management Role in the retail and luxury goods business; Problem-solving attitude and proactive approach; Fluency in English.
