Work location: Italy, Lombardy, Mantova Sector: Distributions and Logistics Role: Logistics / Warehousing Date of last update: 19/02/2024 Activities: Print | Tell a friend | Report Job description Gruppo Codognotto is seeking a Site Manager Reporting to the Logistics Operations Director, the person will be responsible for: Ensuring the proper flow of materials, from inbound movement to warehouse placement and outbound preparation; Controlling inbound and outbound flows to ensure timely delivery according to shipping requirements; Analyzing all aspects of company logistics to determine the most effective means, processes, and organization for product movement; Managing customer relationships, monitoring service levels, and implementing actions to ensure standards are met; Achieving economic objectives through budget setting and performance monitoring; Defining and implementing continuous improvement activities to reduce costs; Coordinating a team of direct and indirect collaborators; Monitoring labor provider performance through periodic joint reviews of productivity and service levels. Requirements: Degree in technical/scientific fields or equivalent experience; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; Good command of the English language; Excellent problem-solving skills, proactivity, and ability to manage emergencies; Leadership qualities.
