Manage mother/baby rooms, ensuring high standards of care. Respond to medical emergencies and provide on-call support. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Utilize Epic EMR system to document patient interactions and treatment plans.
