Job Description Job Description Our client is expanding our AV integration team in San Diego and hiring for two key roles : AV Field Engineer II and Senior AV Field Engineer . AV Field Engineer II Ideal for candidates with 3 years of experience looking to grow their technical skills and take on more responsibility in AV integration and commissioning. Key Responsibilities: Crestron programming and DSP file creation Configure network switches for multicast traffic and manage VLANs Create signal flow diagrams and rack elevations Vet AV designs for accuracy and completeness Provide remote technical support and assist with project commissioning Qualifications: 3 years of AV field experience Certifications: CTS, EAVA, Crestron Programmer I, QSYS Level 1 Strong networking and AV system integration knowledge Ability to work independently and travel as needed Senior AV Field Engineer Ideal for seasoned professionals with 5 years of experience who can lead complex projects and mentor junior engineers. Key Responsibilities: Develop complex DSP configurations and medium-complexity Crestron GUIs Coordinate full drawing packages: signal flow, elevations, speaker placement, network topology Redesign AV systems and create change orders as needed Lead commissioning efforts and manage multiple projects simultaneously Provide high-level remote technical support Qualifications: 5 years of AV field experience Certifications: CTS-D, Crestron Programmer II, QSYS Level 2 Advanced networking and AV design skills Strong leadership and project management capabilities Willingness to travel as needed Why Join Us?
