Customer Service Representative We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team! In this role, you will serve as a liaison between customers and the company , providing product and service information, processing orders, and resolving customer concerns. Success in this position requires strong problem-solving, adaptability, and communication skills to ensure a positive customer experience. What Makes a Great CSR? The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers and approach challenges with patience, empathy, and professionalism. You should be a clear communicator who can handle unique situations while applying company policies and procedures effectively. Thinking on your feet and adapting to a dynamic environment are key to success. You must also be willing to step outside of your day-to-day responsibilities to contribute to special projects and help improve processes. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support via multi-line phone system, chat, and email Process customer orders efficiently and accurately Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and problem-solving skills Apply company policies to unique situations while also identifying areas for process improvements Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience Educate customers on products and services to enhance brand engagement Adapt to changes and new challenges in a fast-paced environment Qualifications: Experience handling multi-line phone systems in a professional setting Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to handle complex customer issues Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Computer/tech-savvy is a must – ability to learn and use multiple software platforms quickly Ability to adapt to change and make sound decisions under pressure A positive attitude with a customer-first mindset Previous customer service or retail experience preferred Knowledge of pickleball is a plus, but not required Full-time availability required Job Details: Full-Time Position Starting Pay: $22/hour (plus potential overtime) If you are a tech-savvy problem solver who thrives in a customer-focused role , we’d love to hear from you!
