Position Overview Job Title: Pharmacist Location: Hackensack, MN area Setting: Specialty Pharmacy (Retail & Long-Term Care) Job Type: 13 Week Contract Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM (Closed Weekends) Start Date: ASAP Key Responsibilities Dispense and verify prescriptions for both retail and long-term care patients . Provide medication therapy management (MTM), immunizations, and patient consultations . Ensure pliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations . Work closely with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals to optimize patient care . Ideal Candidate Active Minnesota Pharmacist License OR willingness to apply for one (Required). Immunization Certification & CPR Certification (Preferred). PharmD or MTM Certification (Preferred). Strong understanding of retail and long-term care pharmacy operations . Why Apply?
