Job ID 3855 Estimator – Earthwork/Residential & Commercial Location: West Palm Beach, Fl area You're an Estimator with Earthwork/Residential/Commercial Experience Our client, a privately owned, fast-growing and profitable site contractor that has deep roots in South Florida’s booming residential & commercial development is looking for an Estimator experienced in working on earthwork/road and underground utility estimating projects for private residential & commercial developments. If you have experience in estimating earthwork, excavation, roads, utilities experience, ability to perform your own AGTEK takeoff, general knowledge of CAD files, B2W/HCSS experience, we want to hear from you! What You'll Be Doing: Estimating full civil sitework packages for residential & commercial developments — from land clearing to final lift of asphalt Performing earthwork takeoffs with cut/fill balancing, import/export calculations, and site mass grading Building detailed estimates for roads, parking lots, and driveways including base, curb, and paving Pricing underground utility systems — storm drainage, water mains, sewer systems, fire lines, and lift stations Collaborating with vendors and suppliers to get current pricing and lead times Coordinating with subcontractors to qualify scope and align on production rates We’re Looking For: 5 years estimating civil site development work for residential & commercial earthwork projects Working knowledge of earthwork, road construction, water mains, sewer, drainage, and dry utilities specifically in residential/commercial development Proficiency preferred in softwares: Bid2Win/HCSS, Bluebeam, Planswift, Heavy Bid, Agtek Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and good work ethic Prefer local candidates or those relocating specifically to West Palm Beach.
