We are seeking applications for part time faculty in Art History for fall 2025. *COURSES AVAILABLE FOR FALL 2025:* Early 20th Century Art, Hybrid, meets Monday 4:30 pm - 5:45 pm in-person Art Survey: Prehistoric to Middle Ages, Tuesday and Thursday, 9:45-11:00 am, in-person Art Survey: Prehistoric to Middle Ages, online Art Survey: Renaissance to Present, Monday and Wednesday, 9:20- 10:35 am, in-person Art Survey: Renaissance to Present, online Islamic Art, Monday and Wednesday 11:30-12:45 pm, in-person EXAMPLES OF DUTIES: * Teach course(s) in specific discipline * Responsible for instructional preparation and assessment of student performance * Provide assistance to students by appointment Job Requirements: *Required Qualifications:* * An earned Master's Degree in Art History *Preferred Qualifications:* * Ph.D. along with collegiate teaching experience preferred * A demonstrated commitment to promoting domestic diversity and/or global multiculturalism in the curriculum where appropriate. Additional Information: *Salary:* Salaries for current Westfield State University employees and individuals currently working for the state of Massachusetts must be calculated individually in accordance with collective bargaining agreements as well as state policies.
