We are offering a £50,000 Basic Salary with £70,000 OTE Exceptional Company Benefits The Role As Service Manager, you will: Implement and maintain effectiveprocessesto achievetop-tier customer satisfaction. Controlcostswhile maintainingquality standards and service excellence. Ensure compliance withmanufacturer and group standards. Lead,motivate, anddevelopyour team to exceedbusiness objectives. Driveperformance, profitability, and operational efficiency. Foster asafe and productiveworking environment. You will be managing a team of 15 highly skilled technicians and 5 experienced service advisors, operating across a split-site facility. Due to the size and complexity of the dealership, as well as the demands of this role, we are looking for a candidate who has experience in a similar high-performing, fast-paced environment.
