What You’ll Do: System Management – Maintain, configure, and update customer service tools to ensure seamless operations. Requirement Coordination – Gather feedback from CE-Sites, collaborate with product & R&D teams to enhance system features. Data-Driven Improvements – Analyze system performance, monitor usage trends, and drive tool efficiency. Training & Support – Provide hands-on training, create documentation, and offer technical assistance to the customer service team. Why Keeta? What We’re Looking For ✔ 2 years of experience in service tool operations or a related field. ✔ Strong coordination skills to align cross-functional resources for tool development. ✔ Proficiency in in Portuguese & English with a sharp ability to learn and adapt.
