Business Administration Manager We are seeking a Business Administration Manager who interacts with internal employees at all levels of the organization, including management. The role involves understanding and resolving HR system issues, providing advice to employees and departments, and supporting various administrative functions. General Administrative Support: Providing support for finance and other services during merge processes, organizing travel, supply ordering, inventory, record keeping, and office duties. Vendor Management: Establishing and managing vendor contracts, negotiating rates, and ensuring renewal coverage. Compliance and Reporting: Monitoring legal compliance and ensuring timely reporting according to country and company requirements. Recruitment & Onboarding: Preparing employee contracts, job descriptions, coordinating onboarding, and managing probation reminders and agency temp processes. Training: Maintaining training records, organizing training sessions, and liaising with local providers. HR Administration: Managing salary review data, bonus campaigns, employee letters, HR policies, termination agreements, and relations with trade unions. Car Leasing Management: Overseeing employee car leasing programs. HRIS Management: Updating and auditing employee data in SAP, working with HR in Sens and GBS. Payroll Administration: Serving as the first contact for time & attendance and payroll, coordinating with the payroll provider, processing payroll, and maintaining payroll records. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field preferred but not obligatory. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and databases. SAP knowledge and experience with PAGHEONLINE payroll software (Studio Ziveri) are a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive data confidentially.
