Responsibilities: Participate in Operations Reliability & Security team, focusing on observability and stability of critical IT services. Support Incident Management processes, including 24/7 on-call duties, war rooms, and root cause analysis. Monitor systems in real-time and resolve issues using tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, and CheckMK. Implement temporary solutions to restore service availability during critical incidents. Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to resolve performance bottlenecks and improve reliability. Analyze system and application performance trends, identify patterns, and propose proactive measures. Lead Problem Management, track follow-ups, prioritize issues, and ensure timely resolutions. Prepare detailed incident reports, documenting impacts, root causes, and resolutions. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure structured problem-solving and continuous service improvement. Qualifications: Proven experience in reliability operations, application monitoring, or incident management in high-availability environments. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent. Experience with observability tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, CheckMK) and log analysis platforms. Knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including cloud environments, containerized applications, and networking principles. Ability to analyze performance trends, detect anomalies, and propose solutions. Experience in incident and problem management with a structured approach. Strong collaboration and communication skills, ensuring alignment between technical and business teams. Proactive attitude focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
