JYX GmbH in Bensheim, founded in 2022, is a sales office of Jiayaoxing Packaging Group Co., Ltd., with headquarters in Dongguan, China, over 15 years ago, and additional locations in Hong Kong, the USA, and from 2024, Indonesia. Our focus on first-class quality, innovation, and our own design and development department for high-quality paper packaging makes us an ideal partner for private labels and well-known brand manufacturers in the cosmetics and luxury goods industry. We aim to expand these partnerships and our success as a supplier of customized packaging solutions across Europe. About the Role We are seeking Sales Managers for Paper Packaging (B2B) in France, Italy, Germany, and England. Responsibilities Strengthen and improve the company's market position by acquiring, maintaining, and developing new customers to meet sales targets. Build strong and effective business relationships with customers. Manage sales and support processes to ensure company profitability. Collaborate cross-functionally with all departments of our EU branch in Germany. Report sales activities weekly and monthly to the Vice President. Required Skills Extensive B2B sales and marketing experience, ideally in the packaging industry (customers include cosmetics, fragrance, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, consumer electronics). Strong verbal and written communication skills in the local language and English. Proficiency in MS Office software. Excellent presentation, facilitation, and consultation skills. Ability to meet and exceed goals and targets. Excellent customer service and negotiation skills. Experience in the packaging industry.
