For our Rome Termini location, we are seeking a Financial Controller to join our Finance team, reporting to the Controlling Manager. The main activities will include: managing periodic reports and key economic indicators; overseeing budgeting and forecasting processes, coordinating inputs from various departments, and preparing detailed backup in XLS format; analyzing deviations from plans with qualitative insights, identifying risks and opportunities, and proposing corrective actions where necessary; monitoring profitability through monthly analysis of revenue and cost components, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency; managing semi-annual financial closures; supporting the development of medium and long-term industrial plans. Requirements: Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or similar 2-3 years of experience in a similar role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proactive attitude and attention to detail Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills Good knowledge of English Knowledge of SAP FI-CO module is a plus J-18808-Ljbffr
