Inventory Operations Manager

Our team seeks a seasoned Inventory Specialist to join our dynamic organization. This key role involves overseeing inventory management processes and ensuring accurate on-hand reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving discrepancies while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to maintain efficient inventory operations. Reconcile transactions at the location level to ensure precise on-hand inventory reporting. Collaborate with warehouse and filler management to address inventory-related issues. Conduct monthly inventory reconciliations at designated locations. Perform necessary inventory adjustments and item reconciliations. Work closely with supply planners, material planners, third-party warehouse management, and fillers to ensure accurate fulfillment and reporting of transfer orders and receipts. Classify inventory based on aging reports and highlight critical cases for review. This role requires: 1 year of experience in Inventory Management.
