JOB PURPOSE The prime responsibility of the role is to proactively develop business strategies across the regions to drive profitable growth, increase penetration in Sales and Demand Creation, and result in market share gain globally. The ability to communicate effectively to negotiate the company’s offerings and demonstrate Future’s full capabilities is essential. What the roles involves : Develop global strategy and implement site tactics in conjunction with branch personnel in each region to drive revenue and increase gross profit margin. Understand customer needs and challenges, formulating regional strategies to foster growth. Build relationships with senior management through regular visits. Present Future’s value proposition with Value-Added Solutions and Corporate Initiatives like the Business Partner Programme to enhance service capabilities. Work with management to set, implement, and monitor sales and margin budgets globally, aiming to increase market share at each location. Drive key supplier initiatives to ensure commitments are met. Provide high-level customer service, responding promptly to quotes, product availability, lead times, and delivery queries. Engage the Field Application Engineering team to capitalize on sell opportunities. Do you have : Proven sales experience within electronics distribution for at least five years, with a degree in a technical or business field. Understanding of technical design processes with a record of achieving design wins. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Highly organized, accurate, and able to work under pressure with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
