If you are a passionate and caring team player, please apply today! As a Receptionist, you will : Receive and make calls to schedule appointments. Prioritize multiple tasks calmly and efficiently. Maintain accurate client and pet records, including referrals and medical history. Assist clients by providing instructions, information, invoices, dispensing prescriptions, and scheduling future visits. Use hospital computer systems for documentation and communication. Handle financial transactions accurately, including cash and credit card procedures, and manage opening and closing routines. Provide excellent customer service with professional communication. Educate clients on pet health, preventive care, and hospital services to advocate for pets. Maintain a positive attitude with clients, pets, and team members. Show empathy and treat pets with compassion and respect. Qualifications include : Experience with veterinary software preferred. Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Ability to work independently and follow instructions. Strong organizational skills and critical thinking. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good judgment, and stress management. Compensation and Benefits : Pay range of $17.00-$20.00 / hour based on experience.
