Field Services IT/BICSI Certified Technician

Job Description Job Description Description: What You’ll Be Doing : As a Field Services Computer Technician, you’ll be providing onsite hardware and networking support by performing installations, moves, and repairs as needed. You’ll work in coordination with the Sales team and will be the primary point of contact and support for our customers. You will be responsible for technical assistance, follow-up services, and problem escalation. If you like traveling, working in a fast-paced environment, and have great customer service skills, this job is for you! Requirements: What You’ll Need to Be Successful: Must be BICSI certified. You enjoy the idea of traveling for work and have the ability to be on the road servicing clients up to 100% of the time. You have a sense of urgency and want to find creative solutions for our customers. You have the ability to work efficiently within a team as well as independently. Must have ability to lift 50 lbs. as well as know and use proper lifting techniques. Must be comfortable working at heights of 3-40 ft. Must have exceptional driving record and have a valid driver’s license. Must be able to pass drug screening and background check. About Us : Riverside Technologies, Inc.
