SPRAY FOAM INSULATION INSTALLER UP TO $2,000 HIRING BONUS FOR EXPERIENCED SPRAYERS!

Summary: * Installing spray foam insulation in single family, multifamily, and commercial projects throughout the area. * Full-time position, hourly pay and per piece pay (Average Pay of: $15-$25/hour). * W2 Employee (Mon-Fri: 7-4:30, Occasional Saturdays) * We offer health Insurance, dental, life insurance, 401k, safety bonus program and paid vacation. Job Requirements: * Loads and logs materials onto truck and makes notation of returned materials. * Erects ladders and scaffolds. * Checks netting for areas that may need blocking, and prepares machine by checking oil, belts, and obstructions. * Operates equipment that injects foam insulation by carrying/holding a hose up to 150 feet long and weighing up to 56 lbs. * Climbs ladders and crawls in attics frequently throughout the day. * Checks density in wall areas. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proficient in using hand tools and power tools, including tape measure, laser level, and drill. * Able to climb up and down a ladder. * Excellent attention to detail. * Able to perform basic math skills and read a tape measure. * Excellent customer service skills. * Able to work in tight and confined places like attics and crawlspaces. * Able to work independently and/or with a crew. * Other duties as assigned. * Valid Drivers license preferred; a Motor Vehicle Report will be completed, contingent upon employment. * Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. * Must be able to frequently bend, twist, and turn body at shoulders, waist, and knees with spray hose in hand.
