Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Anesthesiology in Deerfield Beach, FL

Requirements: Board Certified, ACLS, BLS, PALS. Schedule: Various shift times, primary need is nights and call. All shifts are 8s, 10s, or 12s. Please see below for additional job details. Need multiple providers across the board for 4-5 sites in Deerfield Beach area (within 40 mins) All candidates must be from out of state NEW candidates (never worked for Envision before) must liv outside the 75-mile radius of the site. Need availability for call, nights, weekends. Cannot be days only.
